Advertising in the Maine Crime Wave program gives attendees and presenters alike the opportunity to put their work front and center before their fellow readers and writers. Half Page  7.5″w x 4.75″h = $75
Full Page  7.5″w x 10″h (including inside covers) = $125

Deadlines

Deadline to reserve and purchase ads is May 17, 2024
Deadline to submit print-ready files is May 24, 2024
The MWPA will not reserve ad space until the ad is paid in full.

Advert Requirements & Submission

Ads must be submitted in high-resolution and ready for print PDFs. Word files or other inappropriate, non-PDF formats will be returned. We reserve the right to request alterations to any ad, or to refuse any ads.

Resolution  300 DPI or greater
Bleeds  No bleeds
Black & White ads  Save as GRAYSCALE
Color ads  Save as CMYK
File Prep  Link all images and embed all fonts; if fonts are not embedded they may not print correctly (the MWPA is not responsible for errors caused by unlinked images or unembedded fonts)
Submission  Ads must be submitted as email attachments to: director@mainewriters.org

Please Note There are no ad design or ad consulting services included in these ad rates. Ads must be submitted in ready to be printed format. *If the MWPA is available to design ads (though it likely won’t be), the rate is $50/hr with a one-hour minimum.
