Monson Residencies

Thanks to a partnership with Monson Arts, MWPA has been able to offer residencies to MWPA members since 2018. Writers and artists of all kinds are eligible to apply on their own to Monson’s select residency program. Each year, MWPA opens up its own application process and selects a few members writing in different genres to receive a two-week or four-week residency at Monson. A rotating group of MWPA staff, board, and Community Advisory Board members, as well as past winners, serve as jurors for this opportunity each year.

Thanks to Monson Arts, each resident receives a stipend as well as meals, time, and space to work. Please review all of the residency and submission details before submitting.
